Known issues

There are a number of known issues in using the studio and you should be aware of all of these:

1. Alarm system

Problem: We have no control over the alarm system in the Brentwood Centre. As a result of this, we do not set alarms for our studio.

It's possible that when you are in the studio you will hear the control panel (situated next to the front door) beeping. In rare cases the louder bell may sound as well.

Solution: There's nothing we can do about this, other than inform the front desk. You can call them on 01277 215151.
